Same vs Change?

The status quo is safe. We’ll do just about anything to preserve it including adding layers, making small adjustments, moving things a little bit but not too much; all to prevent us from considering there might be a better way.

What if we had a blank white paper and coalesced enough mindsets focused only on designing something that worked better? What could be done to address a stagnant educational system, a complicated tax system, a bureaucratic government, an unregulated health-care system, an apathetic VA system, a collapsing infrastructure, or a country having an identity crisis?

What could be done to remove the only barrier to positive change, which is the resistance to it?

What if enough leaders came together and admitted that the status quo may be safe in the short term, but it’s always fatal in the long term?
