WHAT? I have two areas of focus. The first is Leadership Character & Behavior, which I believe is the core of Elite Leadership. The second is Organizational Structure & Function based upon a fundamental principle of organizational efficiency, which is that function follows form.
HOW? I’m one of three professionals in the state certified to administer the Merit Profile™, an assessment tool that measures Character & Behavior over 10 Core Leadership Competencies in order to recognize opportunities for improving an individual’s personal leadership effectiveness. I’m the only one certified as a Facilitator/Coach/Consultant. The Merit Profile™ process also improves the predictability of an organization’s human capital decisions regarding culture, talent acquisition, employee development and employee retention initiatives.
My process is a Values-Based approach that focuses upon core values, meaning those that we care about more than anything else at a given point in time. I believe that it’s a waste of time to try and identify your mission or vision unless your values have been identified first, both personally and organizationally.
WHO? I work with individuals and organizations in the for-profit and Nonprofit communities.
WHY? I’m by nature an optimist and encourager. I want to make a positive and sustainable impact upon the lives of individuals and organizations by helping them identify old habits and replace them with new ones.
